Please Note: Every attempt is made to ensure our products reach you within the time stated timeframe, however some deliveries do take longer, and this is out of our control.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. You may return products products for a full refund of the original paid amount at any time within 14 days, starting the day after receipt of your goods. Please use our Return form to initiate this process. We do ask that the goods are returned to us in an "as new" un-opened condition. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Any items that have been opened, used, will not qualify for a full return, but please conatct a member of the team as we may be able to assist.

The buyer is responsible for sending the item(s) back in an un-opened, "as new" condition. It is advisable to use a recorded delivery postage service, ideally in the same way we send out parcels, tracked & insured. In the unlikely event the products are lost in transit, a claim will need to be raised with the postal service used. We are sorry but we cannot refund postage costs incurred in returning unwanted items.
